WINTER ADVISORY: All containers provided are "open-top" containers. The probability of water, snow, ice, is high, please cover any container rented if weights are an issue - Citywide Disposal does not provide covers, tarps, etc., for this situation. Although water, snow, ice, will provide minimal weight, we cannot be responsible for this type of added weight / situation.

Massachusetts waste material is illegal when disposed in State of Rhode Island Facilities. Make sure when you call for quotes; your rate reflects where your going to have the container delivered. Rhode Island waste companies must dump Massachusetts material PROPERLY!!! MANY SAY THEY DO, but do not...

Many companies will quote Rhode Island rates and back charge or inform you of increases AFTER the job is done - or after the Department of Environmental Management brings this to your attention. Be Aware, and make sure Rhode Island waste is Rhode Island, and Massachusetts waste is Massachusetts....

Live Load Waiting Time - We allow you thirty (30) minutes to load the container on live loads. Additional hours of wait time are billed at $95.00 per half-hour of waiting time. Live loads are subject to an added fee schedule, please ask when calling our offices.

Extra Weeks – Our small dumpsters are generally rented for one (1) or two (2) weeks. Our large dumpsters are rented in some cases maybe rented for a longer period if needed. Additional weeks may be billed at $25.00 per week and can be negotiated with contracts. Contractor agreements regarding rental costs can be negotiated, please call our offices to arrange this benefit.

Overweight – All of our dumpsters are sold with prescribed weight limits listed above. For example, a 15 cubic yard temporary container is afforded 2 tons. We will bill over-weights on the pick-up. Non - C&D material – Our Construction / Demolition dumpsters are rented assuming a "C&D" dumping price. C&D is defined as wood, shingles, plaster, roofing, tile, metal, fencing, and general remodeling materials. NOT solid waste or food waste. Rejected loads are billed at the municipal solid waste rate. The Municipal Solid Waste price applies to such things as lead batteries, leaves, tires, food waste, mattresses, plastics, carpets and household food items.

The 2010 Massachusetts "MSW"rate is $128.00 per ton, the Rhode Island "MSW" rate is $99.00 per ton, and will be billed accordingly once a load is rejected - please ask about rejected materials when calling our offices.

Additional Charges - Mattresses, air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, televisions, tires. Prices vary between $25 and $125 per item.
